    This video is great: here are the areas to study, it may be weighted this way, but it may not, just know everything. nice.

    I have a Broker's License which expired in 2018, currently I live in Nevada. Can I get my Brokers license reinstated in California without a California address?

      You can obtain an out-of-state license but will need to submit more paperwork! You will also have to fulfill the two years full time experience within the last five years by showing CA non-licensed but equivalent licensed experience in a different state.

    What’s the most the trust fund money can hold ?

    • @accreditedschools
      @accreditedschools  2 года назад

      Personal funds are limited to $200 in a trust fund account, but actual trust funds of client monies does not have a federal limit. For state exam purposes, the $200 is what you need to know for the state exam.

    Hi I have a question about the sales exam. So I completed all my certificates for it and I’m ready to submit it. Do I have pay for the fingerprint fees if I’m only gonna apply for the exam application? Or do I pay after I pass the exam with the license fees as well so I’ll be paying the fingerprint and license fees at the same time. So do all do is pay the 60 dollars and send out the exam application and payment and the 3 certificates?

      If you are applying with the Examination only application (RE 400A) then fingerprinting with form RE 237 does not needed to be completed until after you pass the state exam and submit the license application. If you are submitting the combination application (RE 435), then you would need to include your fingerprinting up front with your application. Please let us know if you have any questions!

      We would be happy to assist you! Have you already done the courses? If not, we offer the courses as well as state exam preparation. You can contact us or feel free to visit our website at www.accreditedschools.com. Also, do you have the two years full-time real estate experience within the last five years (or four year degree in real estate)? That is needed if you are going for your Broker's license. Otherwise, you can always go for your Salesperson license first. We look forward to speaking with you!

      @@accreditedschools I already have the sales agent license and Ive received notice that I am eligible to start the Brokers training.
      Question: If I took the 3 classes already to get the sales agent license will I be asked more of the same material in the Brokers test. My elective was appraisals when I took the Real Estate Principals and Practice
      Thank you..

      Wonderful! You will just need five more courses then of Finance, Law, Economics, and two electives (e.g., Property Management, Business Law, Mortgage Loan Brokering, or Escrow). Once you finish the courses, you can apply to the DRE to take the state exam. The Broker state exam is similar to the salesperson in that it covers the same seven areas (I have video about those), but you will need to receive a weighted 75% to pass, there are 50 more questions, and the questions are usually even more challenging than the salesperson. Both the salesperson and broker pull from the same concepts, but you need to have an even better understanding of the material for the broker exam. We offer the courses as well as all-encompassing exam preparation to make sure you have the material of those seven areas! We have more information here as well: www.accreditedncschools.com/broker-licensing

    Hi I just got my real estate license and I know I want my broker license. I plan to get into new home sale for 2 years. Would that qualify for the experience?

    • @accreditedschools
      @accreditedschools  3 года назад

      New home sales would definitely qualify as real estate experience! You will need to show documentation of the two years fulltime experience within the last five years by broker verification or other DRE approved certification. While working towards the experience requirement though, you can always work on the courses. If you have any questions, please let us know!
