    Can you use Soft Ruscus with this? thank you.

    • @FlowerSchool
      @FlowerSchool  4 года назад

      That's an excellent question, Julie! If all that's available is Italian ruscus, you could use it; however, Israeli ruscus is a better choice because the individual leaves are sturdy and they work well for wiring. You could also use a little leather leaf fern or salal leaves too. Thank you very much for watching our show and we hope to see you again soon for more floral education!

    and what side of the body is the corsage pinned on? Is it the right shoulder for the woman and the left side for a man's boutinniere?

    • @FlowerSchool
      @FlowerSchool  2 года назад +1

      That's an excellent question, FlowershpGirl! Men generally wear their piece on their left lapel while women generally wear theirs on the right side. With times changing, there may be more fluidity in terms of what people decide to do. Thank you very much for taking the time to watch our show on the classic wedding corsage and we hope that you will join us again soon for more Flowers to Wear designs. We hope you have a marvelous week and wish you all the best!
