As a True New Englander from the coast I’ve been to and helped with many authentic clam bakes. I’ve never seen an orange go in. However the meal looked delicious and I’m never against trying something different. I will add an orange to my next stove top bake and give it a try.

Ok just finished eating and it was perfect
For people who think the lobster would be tough just make sure its bigger than 2 pounds
And I shaved 6 minutes at the end so it took a total of 29 minutes
    Thanks alot
    So it was 29 min

Surprised to see lobster go in first before other seafood and corn. That means the lobster is in that pan for another 20+ min? Doesn't it come out tough?

I have the same question. What good is a step-by-step video if the first step isn't recorded.
