She earned the money from making videos on youtube, she is not spoiled. She came from a family with only a single mother and has worked hard for what she has, don't call her spoilt or something before you get to know her.
The whole time I was thinking "yep that's my prom dress. This is it." Then I clicked the link for her dress and saw its $820 USD, I immediately exited.

Set goals for your own life and work hard to reach them. Comparing yourself to someone else is not productive. Instead be inspired to reach your own goals for your OWN life. You have to live your own life. There is a lot more going own behind the scenes in these youtubers lives. No one has a perfect life. Everyone has to start at the beginning and do the work to be successful. Also realize youtube videos are very edited and not true real life. Don't just sit there watching a video, feel bad then do nothing. Get to work! On school, on getting a better job, promoting your youtube channel, getting into shape. Do the work.

You can't compare yourself to other, we all have issues and on social media we only see the good things in everyone's life! Why she goes to prom every year?
first time she was asked out by her close friend, second time was hers and now her bf's
I think the first prom she went to a friend invited her, the second one was her prom and this third one is her boyfriends prom! Which is why she's been to prom 3 times

how does it work? during high school you can go to one prom, which would be your last year in high school, right? other than that you can go to other proms only if you receive an invite from someone else? thank you :)

Most schools on the east coast have it different though because they have a junior prom as well which is one year prior to even graduating and then a senior prom typically takes place the year of your graduation. In LA, which is from where I am we typically only have one prom which is our senior prom by you could go if a senior asks you, and this doesn't require that you guys are dating.

what is a prom? sorry I'm from Spain and we haven't got proms i think
It's a celebration and formal dance held at the end of the school year for grade 11 and 12. Students in grade 11 plan and decorate it for the students in grade 12. Hope this helps 😊

I was sick for my prom :( but I still had fun! Wish our prom was more like yours! We have grand march and then have to ride a bus from the school to the venue. No driving ourselves or a party bus or limo is allowed. Yours looks so much more relaxed and enjoyable!
