1 of my friends used venom, if any of your other friends have things like tori or venom (and luffy is aggro'd on them) the conquerors haki is useless

theres a required level (600)
you gotta talk to the garp npc (at marine ford near the ice) and he gives you a quest line
kill whitebeard
kill roger
kill 2 megaladons
kill lucy / luffy
