Couples need to be opened and supportive of each other and be able to talk about everything..trust and confident together ..build and welcome needed changes...
Great video. It opened my eyes to see that my husband is going thru his own version of Puberty 2.0 but he doesn’t want to talk about his hormones as much I want to talk about mine.
Thank you for this. Dancing is a beautiful way to regain intimacy, it allows you to be together without sexual pressure. It's fun, requires skilling up and you can discover a new facet of your self and relationship. I think it's extremely important to change old routines: I see many couples 'going through the motions' of relationship and family. Breaking the 'stuckness' is vital in feeling that you're actually living!
I beg to differ. A so-called midlife crisis has little to do with the man's personal situation. It occurs when his wife reaches the end of her reproductive life. At least that is what the data indicate.
😳 WTH? I don't even know where to start with that comment. 🤷♂️ Data? What data? So YOUR mental and emotional status as a man depends upon HER ability to reproduce? Insane. 🤯 So does that mean every man with a menopausal wife is having a crisis? What about men who are single? Or if your wife doesn't want or can't have kids? Does your mental state remain in tact? That is some backwards thinking there amigo... 🗣️ love to hear what some of my female audience thinks about that one. A mans midlife crisis has EVERYTHING to do with HIS personal situation. Watch the video and THEN tell me I'm wrong.
Agreed not the best label... but it's what we have without the feel good euphemisms... Chrysalis? Awakening? Rebirth? What would you suggest? The POINT of this video if you watched it is that It's not all sunshine, fast cars and cheerleaders. It's some real heavy stuff... that CAN be over come. And if a man is in a marriage or relationship, a partner understanding what he is going through is a GOOD things.. JUST LIKE a man understanding what the woman in his life is going through during menopause. Understanding and knowledge... its a GOOD THING for GOOD RELATIONSHIPS.

I am a woman and that is for every body...

First step, do not call it a midlife crisis.
