It takes an extraordinary talent to play this exceptional Aristide Cavaillé-Coll built organ in Saint-Ouen Abbey, one of his few unaltered remaining to speak with its original magnificent voice.

Absolument magnifique ! Le Maître incontesté de la deuxième moitié du 20 ème siècle ! celui qui a su redonner au baroque toute sa grandeur et son authenticité. Sa disparition laissa un grand vide chez le organistes... CG

Cavaillé-Coll, alsook over Chapuis’ improvisaties, gespeeld op de orgels van Rouen en Poligny. Als je orgel liefhebber bent, een echte aanrader. Vergeet dan ook niet vol. 1 en vol. 3 te bestellen, en je hebt een uniek 3-luik aan beeld en muziek in huis. Deze you tube opname is een onderdeel uit vol. 2. Met vriendelijke groet, vanwege een Antwerpse orgelliefhebber.
