@@WorldFamilyExplorers Philippines has 3 island Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.. You haven't visit Mindanao it has nice beaches like Siargao island, Camiguin island and Samal island
Andoks is actually known for the grilled chicken and grilled pork belly.
We went there multiple times and had the grilled chicken as well. It was juicy and delicious! 😋

You're on the right path of exploring beautiful place non touristy spots in the country where most vloggers doesn't cover .. Sipalay look like a laid back small town but once vloggers sees this I'm sure you will not be the last to visit this place.. go up north and visit the Batanes Island group or the LA Union Ilocos sur and Ilocos Norte beaches

What a lovely family! I enjoyed this video of Sipalay 💚🌴 The bbq meat on the skewer is marinated in calamansi (little green lime) and soy sauce. Usually the pancit is served with a couple of calamansi and helps with the saltiness. Fyi...hold the fork on top of the pancit then squeeze the calamansi onto the fork with the juice dripping on the pancit without the seeds. So basically the fork is the catcher of the little seeds 😂.

Taking the off beaten path was surprising. Didn't realise Sipalay can be a fun treat especially for the kids , and making friends and playing with the local kids which your kids can't experience in a touristy location. Andok's is a popular Filipino fast food. Their chickens are the best and most affordable. Gravy usually to dip your chicken, but others pour it over their rice...like what Elise did ..whatever makes you happy😅. Stay safe.
We definitely love Sipalay and liked getting a real local experience! We are also going to be visiting some of the nearby resorts that have some tourists but mostly locals from different areas of the Island visiting! ❤️😊🇵🇭
Will you guys go to Palawan? If ever you do, aside from the usual Coron or El Nido, if I may suggest, you may want to check as well Nacpan Beach, San Vicente, Port Barton and of course, Amanpulo. Amanpulo is where you get the exclusivity of a nice beach. There are glamping spots there as well. In the meantime while in Negros, Sipalay Perth Resort is a must see spot if ever you guys are still in the area. Btw, Your family is so lovely and cute. Enjoy guys, take care.

You guys gotta try the Champorado. That is one of my comfort foods there especially when it's raining. It's warm chocolate rice that I believed originated in Mexico. I'm sure the kids would love it. They usually serve it with salty fish to give it that sweet & savoury combo.

I’m from that island. That’s our best kept secret (not anymore). Most tourists are Europeans, you’re probably the first Americans who visited Sipalay.
Maybe we should keep the secret to ourselves so it doesn't get too bust! Lol. We love Sipalay and will be making several more videos in the next 2 weeks! ❤️😊🇵🇭

if you want a beautiful island w/less crowd. i suggest Siquijor island and it's just one boat ride away from Negros. your going to love it.

for the noodles what we do is squeeze calamansi to lessen/cut the saltiness.. just ask for a couple of calamansi(similar to lime) next time

It was so nice there! We met a lot of locals that come from all sides of the island for vacation or for the weekends, but not many international tourists, which made it feel more special!❤
