This house is fire 🔥🔥. The only thing I didn’t like was that it only had enough garage space for 2 cars, if I made enough money to buy this house I would definitely have more than 2 cars.

I can easily see 2 car lifts in that garage and motorcycles in the work room and a small work/chill room and I just saw a chain overshadow wood fans...the overhead lamps at 13:40ish not even mentioned shows the level...he said if you didn't love it give me one more chance... I would recommend that Miami/new York kitchen 2 level lower end with that small very private looking balcony to watch games on.
So I have seen a lot of home videos and I know how I would design my home at this point and the master closets are perfect and the entryway is also perfect the glass bathroom is racey but I dig it. This home gave me a lot of new ideas and the location is also very nice with it being a corner lot with no bridges to open water.

Hey. No food Vlog yesterday? You didn’t even step in the home yet and can see it’s amazing. Nooooooo. It’s not staged. Well, I can imagine. Amazing garage with extra storage. Staff quarters with laundry and elevator. Fantastic. Love the kitchen. Pot filler. Yessss. First floor is amazing. I may have missed it, but those floor to ceiling wall windows have remote shades I’m sure. I am digging the faux lawn. Amazing backyard. Amazing master closet. Mirror in the shower to shave. Nice. I’m gonna have to watch this video again. Did the master have a balcony? The bedrooms after did. So it must’ve. With guest bedrooms like that, folks are not gonna want to leave. AMAZING home. Absolutely STUNNING!! I would LOVE to see it staged! (IF it gets there before getting scooped up!) I'm so glad to see more varying shades and types of woods as well as the many different kinds of stone that architects and designers have been introducing into modern style homes over the last several years. The monochromatic white design aesthetic ran rampant throughout Florida for far too long in my opinion. LOL
EDIT: Just realized that I'm friends with a neighbor to this house -- I may get to see it furnished after all! 😊

Great looking property, but I can't believe they did not spend an extra 200K to stage the place. I know it's nice to make it your own, but just for marketing purposes a staged home is much nicer to look at, just to imagine what it could be.

It's not ready to be staged yet, still a work in progress. Maybe Enes will show up and do a proper video when it is complete.

This is a beautiful Coral Gables mansion, I like the mansion design. I like the white marble kitchen. I think the master bathroom is very beautiful and cool. I like the view from the master bedroom. I like the chandelier in the master closet. The big infinity pool in the backyard is wonderful. I like the mansion's balconies. My only criticism is that a $33 million mansion should be stage with furniture and art for showing to potential buyers. An empty expensive mansion looks bad.

The finishes do not justify the price even talking lot and location into account. It does need another architect and a designer to come in and fix things.

Once again beautiful home! Maybe cause it's so new it seems cold. Bedroom with no door huge windows. 33 Million I think is way over priced It has to be the location.
hey Jason, nice to see one of your vids again. Sorry to say the fast cuts style doesn't work, just gives a serious headache and kills the flow of the showing and makes anyone trying to figure out the layout of the house very confused. Also the sped up audio track... why even? Maybe both these issues are fixes for some problem with the raw footage? In that case no worries, next vid will be great I'm sure.

Jason.. There are two houses I want you to do a video on.
In Miami Lakes Loch Lomond there is one house that has basically this living room with a glass ceiling that is on the market for 4.5 million. And also it has a putting green. And then there’s another house that has been totally renovated and it was built in 1966, 5730 ft.² and it’s right on the golf course and it has a pool with a hot tub. It’s asking 3.5 million. Can you do those????
