    • @engilbertpagauro4573

@@Reacher_2215 maybe the delays are the significant result of the recent pandemic. I know the code of honor they wanted to tell us about Bond's nature of work as a government spy ("00s have a short life expectancy as Bond said in CR") to save nation from bad guys but will they just let the man be happy at the end? So even if the next Bond era will still be more relevant even if it is another reboot. Its just awkward to see Bond alive again after he's been blown to pieces. Maybe they have must done the movie earlier before pandemic to avoid reshoots and delays and a better ending story for Craig's Bond (007 shouldn't be killed in NTTD).

Just two cents here, this scene is one of many from Craig’s series that shows he can’t hold a candle as Bond compared to others like Connery or Brosnan. It just makes no sense from a plotting standpoint to relate him to Blofeld and have the latter be the one behind the former’s troubles in the previous movies. Not to mention how Craig still hasn’t gotten over losing Vesper in his first movie, since he has absolutely no chemistry with Madeline whatsoever when compared to Vesper.
To his credit Waltz did a phenomenal job portraying Blofeld. It’s just a bummer he was underused in this and Craig’s last movie.
