Not gonna lie, this is absolutely one of my favorite e-bikes, the KBO Commuter Electric Bike KBO Breeze step-thru. The KBO Breeze is a commuting/cruising-oriented E-bike, where budget-friendly meets blazing. It has a sleek design and high performance with a long-range and powerful motor. A step-thru bike is easier for to get on or get off by simply stepping through the curved frame of the bike. Step-through bikes are great for older people who find it difficult to lift their legs, and also better for delivery peeps who have to jump off their bikes a lot. The wires are pretty well hidden, and there’s an in-frame, removable 48V, 16Ah lithium-ion Battery with Samsung/LG Cells that will give you up to 55 miles of riding on a single charge, depending on hills, tire pressure, how much you pedal, and the kind of terrain. It's not really a trail bike, but I did ride a few light trails and grass with no problems. Unfortunately these areas aren’t on Amazon yet. I can go 50 miles and I still have bars on it, but I use throttle for intersections and when I'm trying to get past some person/object faster. I'm a PAS 1-2 rider for the most part. It's got loads of features for the price, and it came well packaged, and was fairly simple to assemble, as long as you study the assemby videos and ask the KBO community any questions (Facebook page).
Do you ppl work for KBO? THIS IS ALL FRAUD. These bikes are not good. 50 miles? don't believe anything from this page. You've been warned! Batteries are important and kbo batteries are poor. On my second and yanked around by customer service and wait for months and then more problems.

Completely agree about the stepthru being a smarter design. The top bar is a pain in the butt and unnecessary. Might sell my Himiway and buy one of these.

Battery arrived with no battery I ordered two bikes one arrived without a battery. I called customer service and they said every few hundred bikes has one missing a battery or front forks. There said they will send another battery and a bag for my inconvenience. The battery showed up but would not charge. I tried charging it multiple timers with no avail.I don’t believe there is any kind of quality control to have something like this happen twice. I called and emailed customer service and have yet to hear back. Also,never recieved the bag.
Wow! These bikes are produced in a huge single factory that also makes electric bicycles for other manufacturers. When you reach that kind of scale (which thankfully reduces prices), mistakes are sometimes made. KBO customer service has been bulletproof in our experience. That sucks that your battery won't charge - I'd be upset too! I want to ride my new bike! I'm positive they'll get it right. There is a language barrier - English doesn't translate well into Chinese. There are no past or future tenses! We advise people to "speak like a caveman" and use very simple English. Seems to work very well for us.
KBO will not fix your bike if there’s a problem with it they do not honor their warranty they They will only advise you on what to do but if that doesn’t work you are screwed If you ask him for an address to send the bike to so that you will get it fixed by them they will not send you an address and completely ignore your text this company kBO is very untrustworthy.
We are hearing this is unfortunately common with all the resellers. They'll send you warrantied parts, if they can understand your English description of the problem. It would cost too much to ship anything back to China, so you're basically on your own regardless of your warranty.
Do not buy one of these. I'm on my 2nd battery. Back-and-forth with customer service, take pictures, send us videos, wait 3 months, have another problem with the battery, take more pictures, send us videos,...wth? You want a warranty but you get 6 months of trying to get issue fixed. NO NO JBO. NO GO. AT LEASZ MINE IS NO GO MORE THAN GO.
