Few time ago my Uncle died, he was 86 years old living in Countryside area near a forest and a river. So People came with Christian Rituals and Priests like Europe is accustomed to. They were all inside their Thoughts, no one was listening truly. Coincidental, i was listening to this song, while attending his funeral, and i looked at him.. and suddenly it hit me.. "There is no Death" - the Nature was just taking the Body of my Uncle back to it's Origin, back to the nurturing ground, and the Process of Transformation was it's way. And this Song was describing to me the process how the Nature did that. The Strings and Vibrations of this Song can help one comprehend better the Multiplicity of Phenomena which occurs in a Body when the Breath stops - and how Nature started acting in a different Way.. transforming Life into another Type of Life. If you wish to understand what I felt, then imagine for a Moment an Man dying, and few seconds after he died, this Song starts playing. that is all. It is true what the wise say.. Art is pointing at something far greater than Art. Art is pointing at the eternal Recurence of Life itself.. and it does that kindly.
I dont think so)) Nils is kinda "American's got talent" showman with keyboard. And Olafur Arnalds is a real musician with excellent skills. So, this is a colaboration of great composer and wierd showman. Sorry, I dont speak english
@@saul2665 and?... That's why I commented A1 - this track is about patterns over patterns. When Olafur does something by himself (except vocal), he makes it way better. You can check out "Back to the sky" or "So close" for example. Nils Fraam knows how to make show, but his music is not a real art. I've seen "Says", " Re" and can compare Nils composer skill with Olafur
@@HarpaMusic Haha they’re both revolutionary musicians. While I generally listen to nils more and believe he is of uppermost piano piano skill I’d recommend being exposed to some of his original piano works and his recent release Empty. Listen to No Step on Wing or Black Notes. They may change your mind.
This is one of those songs that changes everything.

@@HarpaMusic All the electronics you hear in this track are being made by Nils. Don't say things you have no idea about.

Ólafur´s pads, Nils´s arpeggios. Perfect synergy.

3:41 reminds me a little of Max Richter - I Put All That Away.
