Man I make cinnamon roll pancakes. I use brown sugar, cinnamon and melted butter drizzled over standard pancakes before turning. Watch the heat and don't cook too long or theyll burn. Top them with homemade glaze and rock on. Add some creme cheese to frosting if you'd like. Heck add some chopped pecans too. Looking forward to your Thanksgiving stuff this year!
