I know the young boy was hurting, but he didn’t have to act the way he acted towards the Barclays. They weren’t the problem they did’nt leave him or his brother and sister, His mother was the one who left them, and besides, she didn’t really leave them.He knew that she wanted them to go to the Barclays. But this boy the oldest son thought he was so grown-up that he didn’t have to do what his mother said, and that’s why he got in the trouble.
Exactly I agree 💯 percent .... basically just rebellious behind his mom taking off .....If he wasn't so prideful he would have asked the Barclays for the loan to go find his mom ... Instead he asked the old man who was flashing his money... And to steal from the Barclays almost unknowingly got himself hung ...
That was smart of Mrs Barclay to think of removing the sole from her shoes to rig the door locked 🔒 in that sanitarium full of nut cases like that.... I don't know how long it would have taken me to think of that ..in such desperate situations one must think fast on their feet...
Typical reaction of teenagers. This is a reason I love Victoria Barkley, because she showed a true example of love and concern. I agree with you that the boy was the problem, but they never doubted him and showed him love and patience every step of the way.
That's one thing one never does is flash your money amongst strangers...A gentleman at the local bar did that and was followed home by an observer leading to his being robbed and murdered ... It's risky showing a debit or credit card these days.... People are so desperate to the point of escorting you by gunpoint to the AtM not even caring that your balance is at negative...
I don’t know why he thought that they would hang his son if he, if his son told the story that he told about how that girl acted with him, she almost Caused him to shoot her by the way she acted. A good lawyer probably would’ve gotten him off.
