- What's up fam! I'm gonna show you my experiences visiting my friends at Moo's Craft Barbecue is LA. They are a central Texas inspired restaurant with their own stories and flair incorporated in the food that they serve. If you guys are in the area and are looking for the real deal, make your way over to Moo's Craft and tell them I sent you.

Welcome Joe, your in my neck of the woods...well sort of, I'm about 25 miles away in no. Orange County but I've been to Moo's Craft BBQ about a month ago. Great BBQ in so. Cal.
I have been to Moo's couple times. I agree, they do bbq right. I am glad to see that they are now using meatier ribs, it used to be on the opposite end of the spectrum. I will make sure to revisit real soon. The burnt ends seem very appetizing as well. If you are still in So Cal, make sure you also visit Heritage BBQ.
Yea. Definitely don’t need to eat a lot of the burnt ends. This was a short trip, but planning to go next time.

Joe, I was impressed with your videography in this video. Well done! Do you have any idea what was used for the Mac n cheese topping for texture. Their food looks very good. I was just listening to these guys on Kevin’s bbq joints podcast. Cool story & seem like really good people. Happy for their success. Yeah, that Mac n cheese topping, any idea?
Hahaha! Thanks man. I’m trying to get better. They’re great ppl. I think the topping was just bread crumbs, but it was good.

never been there , but it looks good . chain bbq joints mostly have a one way to cook . i love independents !

How do you compare moos to Franklin? I haven’t been to neither of them.
They’re both great. They both do what they do well.

Unfortunately I’m back home now.
I live right between Moo’s and Heritage- I have no desire to go to Moos- someone on their IG account was rude so will never go there
But Heritage the people seem really cool and the food looks amazing- will be my next BBQ place I go to
I would still check out both. Both great friends of mine

I went to expensive not enough food for what they charge
unfortunately, i think every good bbq place will be expensive. the cost of meat is not what it used to be.
