I think my problem was i had a side part for about 2 years and combing my hair in that direction made it adapt and do it a little bit by its own. I got my hair even on both sides by first wearing a sweept back hairstyle for several months. That made my hair act the same on both sides of the center part. Today i got it all fixed up and cut so i can grow it longer and it maintains a good look. It will still need probably 6 months to grow out before it will be good for a wavy midle part since my hair grows slow. Meanwhile i will have a sweept back hairstyle most days and a messy center part hairstyle when i feel to put some more effort in it. My biggest tip on how to get crazy natural volume is comp your hair when it is dry. I dont use water becuase i will lose about 60% volume for days by doing that. Let your hair "rest" and dont use products everyday in it. Allso schampo only once a weak made my hair super fresh and easy to maintain.
