Well, up to now I have seen several comments from the US guys mostly having the original issues from the 60s. Not being from the US nor UK,anyway,I have always taken the Capitol’s versions for not even copies but just as some compilations 0:03 of the original UKs.
LOL! Do people really think a pair of 21- or 22-year-olds - who could not read or write, let alone score, music - could have written songs (and instant classics) such as And I love her, Here, there, and everywhere, Michelle, Yesterday, Norwegian wood, In my life, Girl, Eleanor Rigby, For no one, etc. Really....?!?!?!! Anyway, no matter what their ages, there is no way songs such as Yesterday and For no one - let alone Eleanor Rigby - were written by two guys (of any age) strumming on guitars! These songs would have to have been composed on the piano. Even a tune such as You've got to hide your love away would have to have been composed on the piano and/or violin, as rapidly becomes apparent when an orchestra plays the song (you really hear the 'musicality' of the songs credited to the Beatles when played by orchestras, and, interestingly, marching/military/ brass bands).
Loved this! Really good video! I preordered Meet The Beatles as a gift so I'm praying its all good lol. Again really good video mate keep it up.
Thanks!
Very nice! Playhouse picked up the blue 💙 vinyl of meet the beatles. Quality really top notch on this...hope you join the playhouse mate!
I have the original mono pressings of the first two Capital albums and they do not have the flip backs. That was UK exclusive
Good review.. thanks.. maybe the dust is coming off your carpet? Their should be no dust from packaging
