The difference between yearly fees for domestic students and overseas students is too much. It should hurt overseas students when they have to pay 15,000 pounds every year whilst their classmates only pay about 1,500 pounds per year. The amount a domestic student pays for the whole 4-year education is lower than the half of the fee an overseas student has to pay per year. I have not mentioned about the weekly expenses yet. NOT FAIR
I agree, that's the price of us having a lucrative opportunity of studying abroad.

Well it's up to you on which course you want to take ...
well boht US and UK are cool ....but in my opinion it would be great if you choose uk ..because the cost of living
is low , the people in uk are more friendly and well mannered...and in terms of transport uk is the
winner ... but it is kind of hard when you are in US .. and even when it comes to Health care and exploring
places and National parks ..uk is the best option. But i cannot force you on where to go . It is completely up to you

Hi! I plan on going to this uni next september and I need a bit of help regarding lectures.Where I live,we have around 8 units each semester since they all amount to 4 ECTS credits each however if I am understanding correctly,UK universities have around 10 ECTS credit for each unit.Does that mean that you only have 3 units per semester? so 3 lectures per week? thanks!
Hey Annika, I am not sure about the units. But it is only 3 courses per semester (sometimes 4, only couple semesters) , meaning 3 lectures per week. (3 hour lectures, or 2h lecture +1h tutorial)

Hi I want to study in MS Construction project management as international student.how was the education of this university...plz guide me
I loved the university! Compare to many other universities, the education is a bit easier and more relaxed. It is still of a good quality. I think Construction is in the campus closer to city centre (15min by bus). Now i think it would be online, and it is 3-4 subjects per semester and usually consists of one final exam and one essay. Anything specific you want to know?
Hey! I'm studying an underground course in built environment at Napier. I find that most of the lecturers are very helpful and passionate about what they do. My personal tutor is also great-they showed me a lot of opportunities outside of uni. I think the course so far, is not too difficult to pass, if you do the work. I also find that you need to do a lot of your own research and practice (which is kind of what the lecturers also want you to do) so sometimes we have to research material that has not been covered in lectures as well as leant most softwares/even coding by our self :)

Do you know if Napier is going to be virtual 2022-2023 year? I'm looking to apply for next year and I hope that's not the case since highschool is already hard enough online, I can't imagine university online.
Hey Marissa, I think it will be mixed with some classroom options. Many students also don't come to campus and do it online from their home countries.

it is 30min bus ride, not far, and the uni has stunning view of the city

I am not sure about each program as i am doing MSc in International Business. I found the masters program is relaxed with only 3 courses per semester (2 essays per each course), all the lectures / tutorials are virtual.

The uni is just 15 min away by bus from city center, the campus is located in a beautiful nature and is very safe.
