    These instructions should be shared with non PhD hiring managers and Corp HR. The burden of acquiring talent is on the corporations hiring labor and not on the individuals with well earned academic training. If a company has to rely on this type of manipulative screening, then it’s doomed for failure.
    If we have to dumb down and simplify years of hard earned achievements for a 7 seconds, then that the is an issue for the corps and the money they spent on recruiters like you.
    This system is flawed!!!
    Thanks for exposing the hiring system. Very educational.

    The whole first page is the visual center, if you have multiple pages.

    The first point which is made in video around 1:50 to 2:10, it is THE Dumbest advise I have ever got on resume making tips. You are advising on writing email and phone number which is ACTIVE???? WOW: I never knew that thing that I suppose to provide active contact details>>>>>

      I know many people who don't mention these basic details! So the advise is quite important for beginners.
