These guys had it all. Technical musicianship. Great songwriting. Catchy pop hooks. A sound that was compatible with what was going on in the 1990s. They should have been huge.
I don’t understand only 617 followers. In Jersey there were T-shirts, that awesome bumper sticker we all rocked, and the tattoos on every hot chic from Ocean county to NYC. I will never understand how this band did not explode mainstream.
Seemless is one of those albums that no matter how many times I've heard it after all these years I can still listen to it from start to finish and love every second. I will never figure out how the music industry and the world didn't give this band the credit they deserve.
Dude, this ain’t shit. You probably didn’t hear these guys play this album live, which was beyond incredible. I was lucky enough to see them twice on that tour.
razgriz76 I saw them once when they were touring for Ignaurus. It was the 1st time I had ever heard them and I’ve been a huge fan ever since. Although it happened back in ‘94 that show still blows my mind when I think about it. I’m glad I was lucky enough to have experienced that.
Had the great privilege to open for these guys on this tour, in RVA at Twisters with Shelter and Shades Apart! Into Another is AMAZING. Please tour again and play LA!!!
Wow! In highschool I used to skip school and drive around for hours. When this song came out I called the local radio station to request this song for days! Ahhh 1995. Loved this whole album!
I worked at Alwilk Music in Brick, NJ at the time of this albums release. I was so hyped to get a promo copy and boom. I played it at the shop and the music was not even them. It was a totally different band. It had the artwork and packaging of Seemless but it wasn’t them. The following week I got the real copy when it hit our shop. Hollywood records dropped the ball big time with them. One of my favorite groups of all time irregardless of genre. Great live show as well (The Academy NYC 1994 with Orange 9mm & Quicksand)
I won this album from calling into a radio station back in 1995. I was hooked on this song immediately and to this day I find myself jamming to it still in 2020!
Been listening to punk, hardcore, post hardcore, post punk and whatever else since 2003 when I first got into Converge in college. And yet somehow I’m barely discovering this amazing band. Heard “Running Into Walls” yesterday. Fell in love. Been playing it non stop. Thought to myself there’s no way they have more as good as this. Damn, I was wrong. These guys should be spoken of with the same reverence as Quicksand and Sunny Day Real Estate. Just groundbreaking, powerful stuff. I’m telling everyone I know.
My first show ever played was opening for IA at Decibels in Mechanicsburg, PA. As a bass player, Tony was an icon for the scene. What a great dude, RIP.
One of the best bands to rise out of the New York hardcore ashes see them live quite a few times not to be missed check them out if they're ever in your city
A lot of people don't realize that this band came out of New York in the early 90's and most of their music is from that era! In the 90's, this band had an innovative sound! The musicians are awesome and the vocal has the range of an Ozzie or Axel Rose! Great band and good song! To be fair, they have a very Alice in chains type of influence in the instrumentals and most of the vocals, and some sound garden type influence in the rest of the vocals. But I will say this song alone is better then anything Alice in chains and sound garden combined could ever make
@@christophermerker1 Jersey doesn’t get enough recognition for the live music scene. From Local bands at Hoboken. To major bands at The Arts Center down to Camden. Living in Jersey we get a chance to see Everybody.
All of their albums are awesome and their shows are 100x better. I saw them on the Ignaurus tour and twice on the Seemless tour and then on the recent tour with Clutch. Omens is fucking awesome!
One of the most original bands in the last 25 years, mesmerising live act. This seems a different mix from the original LP track? Fuck awful video doing the band no justice at all.

Saw these guys a few times at the Stone Pony, funny but true, I'm going to see them next month in SoCal.
@@ridesharegold6659 Stone Pony? Hell yeah. You a local in Jersey?
I still wonder how they didn't get big...
Into Another, Helmet and Quicksand have massive influence to later bands.
Spot on man.
Omg man you just gave me the name of the band I couldn't remember but loved em like these guys ..Quicksand!!! Thanks man
One of the greatest bands from the 90’s!! Bassist Tony Bono!!🤘🤘Rip..

Could not agree more!
the answer is simple: the music industry sucks ass. thats why
One of the best works of such an underrated band

@@mosh7697 I saw this tour in 95 at the Webster in Hartford. One of the best shows I have ever been to

you're bringing me back man. Lived the same era man. Loved every second, month, etc... wished it all just lasted forever.

Great song writers. I’m happy I had the chance to see them in Boston with Quicksand.

I fucking love this band! 25 years later, and they're still one of my favourite bands!
My beloved ♥️
You guys are one of my biggest influences as a guitarist and musician.
God bless you all. Greetings from germany.
Cool thing is that the late Tony Bono, was fairly well established when he helped form this band. He was a thrash legend in Whiplash.
Loved and still love this album ‘seemless’ so much! Wish it was streaming on Apple / Spotify!! #MakeMusicGreatAgain
Good stuff. I thank Myke C-Town for recommending these guys.
Woooooord!!!

I still listen to them on the regular. Sometimes, you just need to hear that scream.
The louder you play it the better it gets!
3 shows under my belt. Tracadero and the Stone Pony twice. Live shows were unreal. Only 500 subs is very surprising.
Channel needs some love. We'll be adding more soon!
I used to see them at city gardens in trenton. And saw them a couple times at the troc. R.i.p the troc.
And also ritchies other band underdog.

perfection I agreed!!!!!!!!!!!
@HollywoodRecords give it a rest already and do your job...repress vinyl, distribute this to streamers, etc.
such a good one .. takes me back as well ... cannot wait for the nyc show
First saw this band opening for The Ramones and White Zombie back in '95, went out and bought Seemless.
The waters always rippling...shimmering

i'm really bummed i won't be at the NYC show. This video got me reminiscing.
yes!
Wait...
I really wonder why this album isn't on any of the streaming services
Hollywood Records is the long and short answer.

I think this is the version from a Revelation comp. Only took seven years to get a reply on this! :)
these guys should have made it!
Been recomending this videos on several reaction channels, and everyones like this is the shit! and yet again there is no progress
Top Ten favorite songs
hmmm wow.. Is this remixed as the single version of the song? Sounds it to me. very COOL.
definitely sounds like a different mix
cant wait for the october show!1
vegan hardcore!
The vocals sound more powerful don't they? I think that is Tony with a haircut.
I want to believe that 3 people had parkinson ...
Catch up with my tail

Glassjaw wishes they were this band.
Numetal pretty much stole this bands music blueprint but pissed on it
😶
First time hear about this band, and for me it sounds like a better version of Tool :)
Terrible
Incorrect.
Weak stop the off key high singing
