    I have some pretty long hands/ big hands but I don’t know what size to purchase?

      I would go with the Large/XL model on Amazon! That should fit

    I'm new to mma, but should i use these during training? I'm guessing they are made for fighting in competition because of the high density.

      They are more for comp because they are lighter and do not have full knuckle coverage! Check out the RDX sport sparring gloves - we have a review and love those ones for newbies/sparring

    Is it normal for my middle finger joints to be seen? I'm not sure if i got the right side

      For sparring you want the middle joints covered, for competition gloves that is not the case!

    Design and ergonomics of the glove look bad. Doesnt look worth $55. $30 dollar walmart UFC gloves I just bought are better. The Venum classic boxing gloves are really good though so Venum does make some good products. Those were also much cheaper and youre getting a lot more glove.
