I saw Dr Cambridge back in January, saying he was leaps and bounds better than anyone I had seen in the past would be an understatement. For 6 years I struggled with pain despite seeing 2 physiatrists, countless physios, chiropractors, and kinesiologists. Not a single one correctly diagnosed my condition and often gave me things to do that worsened me. I had one doctor tell me I was incurable and prescribed me ketamine for the pain, but couldn’t even tell me what was the problem. But after reading BackMechanic and seeing Ed i realized just how wrongly my condition had been managed. I finally was told how my pain started, why it persisted and what to do about. I’m actually finally recovering and for the first time I feel like I can get better. Thank you Drs McGill and Cambridge!

Thank you Dr.Stuart McGill! A master clinician is one of the most competent therapists on the planet. I have read your books thoroughly many times and I hope that I can be a master clinician one day. Your contribution is invaluable and it must be preserved for the future generations to come.

Do you guys specifically cater for lumbar issues or do you look at thoracic back issues too? I have both unfortunately.

No one's made anything for hard labor like push mowing, line trimming, or hey bailing

Hi Jeremiah, there are several movement principles and strategies covered in Ultimate Back Fitness and Performance (textbook by Stuart McGill) that are geared toward hard labour. If you consult with one of our McGill Method providers, they will also be able to coach you through strategies to help with those tasks based on your back and needs. I hope this helps!
