I remember, this was couple of decay ago, Japanese guys and ladies cry for this scene. Tell the truth, Anime graphic quality was not great but we were magnetized on these two peoples story. Freedom and love, and peace on earth from Japan.
En général je ne suis pas particulièrement fan des histoires d'amour mais après regardé de nouveau la série ça m'a encore plus bouleversé 20 ans après.

Il più bel cartone animato di tutti i tempi, a distanza di anni non smetto di rivederlo, una storia drammatica, d' amore e morte nella Francia di Luigi VI° e Maria Antonietta, e la rivoluzione francese, con musiche meravigliose.

Really, I always felt somehow angry at Oscar...she wasted so much time...she could have been with André for years, when they were in there twenties but chose to hang her heart on Fersen...
She treated André as if he was nothing to her for quite a while and was constantly hurting him...
This is my favorite Animé of all time ❤❤
But still...when sitting in front of the TV as a kid and teenager I always wanted to jump in and scream at her for not understanding the depth of Andrés feelings for her and not realizing her own....😅

I finished it an hour ago and I'm so shook. When Oscar realized she was all alone now and lost the one person who was by her side all along I could really feel the grief even though I never experienced something like that. Losing a loved one must be unbearable...
