Have you seen the mini series Trigonometry? It’s available on daily motion. It’s a different situation of course but it’s really interesting to see how triads are explored and how as society becomes more accustomed to diverse relationship structures and sexualities people can begin to create openly in these ways.

For over 3,5 years I had a wonderful, deep and strong relationship with my ex boyfriend. it was magic, we loved each other so intimately and it was, at leat for me, the first relationship where I could be who I really am.
but as you said, sometimes it does not work out with some things and thats what happend to us. we were trying so hard to work together and after 2,5 years we broke up. after 3 months we tryied it again and after one more year we broke up again.
so my story is not in any way the same as yours, but seperation is hard and it hurts so bad. especially when there is this magical, super strong and intimate love.
