Great videos, Josh, reminding me of what I use to do and motivating me to get back to regular rides.

Been watching a few of your vids lately and I really enjoy them. That soundtrack on this one over the ride footage👌

SIS beta fuel gels +nootropics contain 200mg of caffeine, thats 5 times the amount of caffeine in a GU Esspresso, the packaging even says maximum of one serving per day, better stick to the regular beta fuel

Wowza. I did not know that. I personally stay away from the caffeine gels, I’m not racing or trying to break the land speed world record so just normal carbs/sugar is enough for me :)

The inside word is that Chris got dropped up the Akuna Bay climb because his index finger was too short 🤫

5:13 looked like a crash just happened
    7:15 what a super tuck!
That looked like an epic ride! I'm averse to climbs so never dared try out our equivalent (Mt Nebo/Glorious).
73km/h max speed.. that's some speed!
How big is the Pastries group?

Touch wood but I’ve never crashed on this bike (just over 22,000km now).
I’m yet to crack the 100km/hr mark but I have gotten very close before.
Pastries group started with a very small number a couple of months ago, but I think it has about 80 members now! A lot have found the group through the RUclips channel and also the Instagram. End of the day we’re definitely a more social easy going group so we’re more than happy to welcome new members.

@@joshkwan 22k km! Talk about squeezing value out from your purchase. That'll make it easier to justify your next bike!
I just checked my strava and the fastest I've gone is 72.7km/h. I remember that ride clearly, felt really sketch, never went anywhere close to that again. Later I found out the police have fined cyclists on that road for breaking the speed limit. Oops!
100km/h ... you win the Balls Of Steel award. Touch plenty of wood before that. Oh wait sorry, this is meant to be kid-friendly content!
Did you start the group? Nice to see it growing so quickly!

Yea, a lot of people have been asking when I’ll get a new bike. I have thought of it but I don’t feel like I’m being held back by it.
Started the group with some friends but tbh I don’t think we expected it to grow this fast. We need to have a sit down and talk about the direction of the club and long term goals.
