Universal Taper Template for Flat Band Cutting

This universal taper template for flat band cutting, a practical band set jig,produced by QICE. The template is made of advanced high quolity acrylic material. You can adjust and lock any taper size with a pair of screws,then cut band set with the special sliding track dia.6cm roller cutter (the cutting length ≤ 25cm ).After use, this jig can be folded and carried easily.
Reminder: The universal taper template must work together with sliding track dia.60mm roller cutter. Howerver,the dia.60mm roller cutter can be used to cut with any template and works well.

I have already ordered 2 (reserve) from Aliexpress. Simply awesome the ruler! You should immediately order a 60mm roller knife. It has a groove that fits exactly into the guide of the ruler, just like a guide rail on a circular saw.

Ich würde mir auch gleich dieses Rollmesser dazu bestellen: t1p.de/6hfs Es hat nämlich eine Nase, die genau in die Führungsnut des Lineals passt.

I just bought this from the omloon site...when i put the screws/bolts on, I cannot get the clear plastic in...can you do a demo on how to assemble it? Also the bolts kinda fall out when I loosen it to insert the clear template..what am i doing wrong

Did you ever figure it out?
You’re supposed to leave them loose to insert or whenever moving the plastic part then tighten them to cinch down the plastic part so it can’t move

@@jojojaykay yeah you can get it to work..its just the screws are so small/short it does not take much for them to just fall out...but once you get them holding, it works decent enough thanks.
