Recipe and ingredients:
Grate 3 zucchini on a coarse grater
Salt and stir
Leave on for 10 minutes
Chop 1 onion
Fry in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes
Grate 1 carrot
Fry for 3-4 minutes
Squeeze the zucchini well from the juice
Cut spring onion
and add to the zucchini
Add fried vegetables
Salt, pepper, paprika, dried garlic
1 clove of garlic
100 grams of canned corn and mix
1 egg
1/2 cup flour
mix well
Add olive or vegetable oil to the pan
Form round patties
Fry for 2-4 minutes
Turn and cook covered for another 5-7 minutes
While the meatballs are cooking, prepare the sauce
100 grams of mayonnaise
100 grams of ketchup
60 grams of corn
1 clove of garlic
mix well
Place meatballs on paper towels
Fry the remaining meatballs
