Recipe and ingredients:
2 zucchini, cut into 5mm thick pieces
Subscribe to the channel
Salt
Dry with a paper towel
olive oil
Grease the other side
Please like this video
150g breadcrumbs
Salt, paprika, pepper, Italian herbs
1 clove of garlic
Chop the spinach
Grate 100 g of Parmesan on a fine grater
Mix well
Coat the zucchini on the oiled side with breadcrumbs
Brush the other side with olive oil
Roll in breadcrumbs on the other side
Place zucchini on baking paper
Do the same with the remaining zucchini
Subscribe to the channel
Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes
220 ml vegetable oil
100 ml milk
Mix with a mixer until the mixture is thick
40 ml soy sauce
salt pepper
1 tablespoon grainy mustard
1 ketchup
1 clove of garlic
Mix with a mixer
