• 1/2 or 13mm socket
• 3/8 socket
• Pliers or Flathead *or if your equipped with brake air line remover tool

It’s best to get all the air out the system, then push the line in first then pull it out.

I am trying to understand your issue, if you put a new starter and a new battery inside your truck, and it still won’t start, I would say first if it’s not making any sound or anything at all when you try to crank it you most likely have a electrical issue. You can check for breaks in harnesses or wires but to keep it simple first start with the fuses. And also to if you have a check engine light when you turn the key on, you can check for voltages and live data if you can get it to come on.
