This speaks to me because we had our little boy Isaiah Peder Heieren only 3and a half weeks went home to be with Jesus. At beginning of they year I had lost my position and my home i did not know where my daughter and wife where going to live also at that time my wife was pregnant at 20weeks and they just told us on her birthday January 20 that our son was missing half his heart (CHD). I can as that my Lord is my Anchor my shield my refuge.
When our Son came on May 11 2017 he had to to ambulance transportation to a children's to have open heart surgery at 5 days old hospital man oh man my faith was tested it been 2 months now he is doing we and his next open heart surgery will be sometime fall and we moved in with my in-laws and what a helps they have been also my mom and dad helping me by praying.
This song go me through it the Lord is always there.

For me, things aren't going well, to say the least, but I have realized during all my tough times I always try to rely on the people around me and the material things in my life... but God reminds me that the only way to find peace in hard times is to look to our anchor, our protector, our father. He is so patient, so loving, and so faithful to us. He waits for us to answer his knock and is always ready to take your call no matter how far you run away. Eye of the Storm was the first song I remember hearing when I woke up from 8 weeks of coma 2000 miles from home. My wife sent it FaceTime to me in Toronto ICU. “Thank-you Jesus” is what I always say and what I said the first 72 hours awake.

...These are the things that best describes where I am for the past 7 months of my life.
My health conditions, no exit, no breaks, and i felt so alone like literally alone.
But I know that the Lord has not left me totally. Although He allowed me to be in such deep waters maybe to see If i will hold on to my faith, though my faith became low these days, and I felt so spiritually tired, and I really thought I will not make it out alive for 7 months of struggle..
The words of this song is just so timely in my life right now. I was crying so hard when I heard the chorus part repeatedly on the radio. And its somehow giving me hope.
