Omg wow! I remember my gramma making your FIRST EVER (tomato and basic bruschetta) when I was 5! Now i'm 16 and I make the garlic knots for parties, and all of these repices are amazing options for when I have nothing else to make! Love from Tennessee!

I just watched a video you posted 13 years ago about mozzarella sticks, and this is the second video I chose. You seriously have not aged in almost 15 years, it's unreal. It must be all this great food you're always cooking up :D Everyone should have a Laura to cook for them, it's a shame we do not haha

I fixed the Ropa Vieja recipe for supper last night. AMAZING!!!!!!!!! Thanks for showing me this recipe. Super easy and delicious. It, also, was my breakfast this morning!!!!!!!
Great vinaigrette foundation. Little minced shallot instead of the garlic (or with) and an anchovy made into a paste goes well. Especially in a dandelion salad…. And don’t forget the fresh ground BP!!!!
I tried this before, only I used mayo, instead of egg and flour, and then straight into the parm/breadcrumb mix and put them in the oven, instead of frying. It was good!
Oh my goodness... That looks soooo good! Especially the combination with the arugula salad is extremely appealing for me. Definitely gonna try it. BTW: In Turkey we always put fresh herbs into our salads, my favorite herb is mint. It's so good in salads! Edit: Just watched the end of the video... Sumach is just the best thing on salad, it goes especially well with arugula. Laura, you just hit the right note with this video! I love it!
I love that you enjoy using sumac. I have Persian family members who introduced it to me when I was little. Love it on rice with chicken or even bananas (weird, but you gotta try!) Sumac is a very underutilized spice here in the US.
