Love it a great pork chop! I couldnt get my RSVP for the KJ virtual class in time. Will hope for another date and give it another shot. To those that are able to attend, enjoy!
I shoot 9 or so videos in a day. Instead of going through a box of gloves a day I like to use these hear resistant gloves I can throw in the wash and use a few more times. Hate the waste of a large shoot day. I still use a few pair of these per video. They are great for grilling🥂
No one likes satirical gratitude. It comes across worse than a popular mispronunciation. That being said, cheers for watching and taking the time to comment with useful information 🤙🏽 Happy Grilling Chef Eric

In my home, we have really made pork the red headed step child. We favor beef and chicken. This changes the favorites list a bit.
Salivating just watching. Like Pavlov’s dog👌

Succulent cut of pork with a vibrant sauce. This is a great combo 🔥
Going to the store now to get these ingredients. Can’t wait.
Keep us posted 🔥🤙🏽

I’ve been and bought all the ingredients and ready to cook tomorrow. Wish me luck🤞
How did it turn out?!
Could you make that in the oven? It looks so mouthwatering
You could, I would sear it in a Pancho first then move it into the oven.
All the best 👍🏽

@@ChefEricGephart oh okay! It's the first time I tuned in and the recipe looks fantastic! But, the gloves freaked me out! 🤪😉 Thanks for the response.
OK just FYI. It's pronounced ( as in the UK County) chesher.
You are welcome..
