Kokushibo, Akaza and Yoriichi is what made Demon Slayer, me personally Kokushibo and Akaza are the best written characters in all of Demon Slayer, one of my favorite characters in all of anime and probably one of the greatest written characters in new Gen anime.
My top 5: 1. Muichiro (even tho my goat got no diffed 🕊️) 2. Kokushibo (best villian/antagonist of all time imo) 3. Zenitsu (nothing needs to be said 🔥) 4. Yorichii (Fucked wirh his backstory heavy i cried a lot) 5. Akaza (It took me forver to decide on him honestly, so many cjaracters for me could take this spot 😭) Honestly want to do a mini Kokushibo glaze session. He is such a good writteen character that even most ds haters admit hes a really good one. And his design bro AJAJSUSHSH. IN FUCKING SANE AND HES ACTUALLY SO PEAK.

Lets be honest gyutaro is one of the best upm alongside with Daki who has the best introduction for an upm, plus he actualky look more scarier than some upms over him(yesh also among the first 3 top upm) plus his backstories and morals in the end is good.Anyway if this is by your fsvourite i can't say nothing because are opinions, if is by actually writing she should be higher.Anyway good list overall also because you put in all characters that can be anyway ranking gg 🔥
My boy a little biased on some of these characters 😭because douma in 25 is reckless and I like that Muzan isn’t really a big bad villian and lives in hiding due to an overpowered character that blitzed him

Upper Rank 1 Kokushibo 1. Muichiro Tokito (Upper Rank 6 Kaigaku is extremely underrated in my opinion, I really overanalyzed this character too much to find that out. He did not make this Top 10 though, but he did make it at my Top 15. Shinobu actually surprised me, she was always my 2nd least favorite Hashira for years, but I soon grew my liking to her as a character. Muzan is not a well-written character by any means, but he just tops in terms of personal enjoyment. Honestly, as for Muichiro & Kokushibo, they are characters who are constantly being swapped between Top 1 or 2 (I'm just tired right now, and I'm feeling more for the good guys, hence why Muichiro is my Top 1 as for today...))
Yes, Kokushibo has way cooler fighting style than Muzan. Muzan's fighting style is similar to Daki 🙄. Ufotable needs to do an extra ordinary job to make it bone chilling.

the worst shit gotuge did was not make nezuko fight in the infinity castle arc or have some inclusion like using her blood demon art to stop his regeneration and make life easier or she couldve trained to be a demon slayer kinda how like kokushuibo is nezuko is the meaning of fucking wasted potential of a character bro thats sad
