When Gojo's Unlimited Void was 0.01 seconds faster, Sukuna had no way to survive that without Mahoraga. Gojo himself states during the fight that Sukuna chose the riskier way to get around Gojo's Domain Expansion (because he went down the Mahoraga adaptation route and wanting to evolve his technique), but he didn't have to. If Sukuna didn't have Megumi's body he would have fought in his true form that is better physically with his 4 arms and extra mouth. Sukuna would not have lost in the 3 minutes of hand to hand inside the shrunken Domain and had his Domain Expansion crumble which then led to him getting hit with Unlimited Void in the next Domain Expansion. Then they would have popped the next Domain Expansion again and Gojo, just like in the original, would have bled out of his nose. But in this case Sukuna wouldn't have bled because he wouldn't have gotten paralyzed by Unlimited Void. He would have expanded his Domain again just like he wanted to in the original but this time it would work and Gojo would be done. And this time Sukuna would probably be able to use his Furnace. But that would be overkill. Because of his 4 arm form he can also fight in Gojo's Domain while holding Hollow-Wicker basket and chanting to make his attacks stronger. I know I wrote this for nothing because the agenda is too strong.

And then the next time they open the Domain Gojo's brain is fried, meanwhile Sukuna's isn't. So Gojo has to endure Sukuna's Domain Expansion while Sukuna assaults him with amplified techniques in his 4 armed form and this time he may be able to even buildup Furnace enough. And I don't believe Gojo's Simple Domain can withstand all that. That's my view at least. And I mean when the character himself says that he would still lose to Sukuna without Megumi's body I kinda have to go with it. But I respect your opinion.
Forget ten shadows even if you give Sukuna that advantage as soon as you take away Megumi’s Soul from the equation Sukuna immediately loses as he no longer has a base to bare the burden of adaptation of unlimited void for mahoraga. Sukuna would need to rely on Amplification and Domain Expansion to even touch Gojo and on top of that even if you give Sukuna six arms he ain’t doing shit to Gojo, Gojo was fighting agito, mahoraga and sukuna at the same time AND WINNING he also had to be weary of mahoragas slashes as he can affect him through infinity. And I don't believe Gojo's Simple Domain can withstand all that. That's my view at least.
