Kris the Lightner Moveset: TP: built up when the opponent hits Kris's shield Neutral Special: Pirouette (from Jevil Battle) or Hypnosis (also from jevil) if enough TP (both cause confusion/dizziness, hypnosis has larger range) Side Special: Big Shot (Yellow Heart), or summons Susie for Rude Buster with enough TP Down Special: Heal - Kris uses consumable and heals 2%, or Ralsei appears and heals 5-10% with enough TP Up Special: Throw - Susie appears and quickly launches Kris into the air. Funny you’d say that. I’m actually doing a full Deltarune/Undertale run of the game. I’m currently in Greenhorne and I’m not sure where to put everyone. Greenhorne is going to be Chapter One characters and I’ve still got Seam, Jevil, and Malius yet to cast. I also have the issue of who to put in the love triangle. Chaos King is going to be, well, the King. So since I already cast Lancer as the bratty child, I’m going to use Handsome Lancer as the Princess (because god will that be hilarious). But idk who to put as “prince from another land” and “nobleman’s son.”
I got a small idea for a moveset for Kris Up-B summons Berdly and he uses his Tornado attack to launch Kris into the air and do small flinching damage but can be charged to do a Mach Tornado to summon smaller ones as Kris lifts up afterwards Kris is in free fall and can't do anything until he lands. Side-B Kris summons Susie to do Rude Buster (or the weaker version) and runs to the side of the arena dealing huge damage and knock back but has a long charge time and delay for it Down-B is when Kris summons Noelle and she uses her ice magic to make a ice wall around Kris to deal contact damage or block some attacks (and by block I mean reduce damage) but he can't move at all during it Neutral- B is Kris summons Ralsei to do a small heal or buff to Kris to increase there attack and launch power for a few minutes. The normal attacks is classic sword fighting attacks you would normally see. Final Smash- Game Over Kris launches themself at opponents and if they hit any foes summons all of there friends and they become the Thrasher to do a massive attack before exploding dealing massive damage and launch power and is lethal on 70% or higher

My personal pick would be flowey. I know it the weirdest pick ever but hear me out... The moveset would be very unorthodox and it wouldn't be out of character to see him do things other characters can't, like using a heavily nerfed version of the "save/load" mechanic or breaking the forth wall by, say, beating somebody to death with his health bar. He's a central character with a large role in the story. His role in the game is As-reil as you can get, being the one to introduce the main mechanic of moving your soul and he's the first and last battle you have (In the two "main" endings). He would most likely be (Ironically) like piranha plant, a character using odd projectiles from their main game and things that you'd expect of a fighting plant with sharp teeth. I am terrible at explaining these kinds of things, but I think I did an OK job, @ me if you'd like to talk about your agreements or disagreements.

If I was asked to pick someone besides Frisk to get into Smash, Flowey would even beat out the skelebros on my personal list :)
Seeing as how we will never get a real sans, my top is actually Asriel, specifically absolute god of hyper death Asriel. Think about the crazy moveset he could have. His dual swords could all be his normal attacks, meanwhile all of his attacks he actually does in the fight could be his special moves. Final smash would be his final desperation attack where he sucks you in before blasting you doing massive damage, it could also have a unique mechanic of that final smash never being able to kill.
Imagine for the final DLC Pass, alongside the 3 final Mii Costumes, Kris became a Sword Fighter skin with a remix of this as well. XD I mena I know that's not possible now, but if Sans become a Mii costume... XD
