That's deep with respect to career prospects.
Teddy, does this formular matter if the job one wants to apply has a closing date? Also, if one has two backgrounds and want to maintain both of them(eg. Workplace Services and Community Health), how does one go about writing a headline and about/summary section for both?
1. Start a conversation with people who are in your targeted jobs
2. Never start the conversation by asking for a job
3. Center the conversation on finding out what their needs are or what they are seeking to accomplish.

if the job has a closing date, all that does is pressure you to get your resume/application in the pile by a certain date. Don't stop networking towards the conversation. Just let the people you are talking with that you have already sent in an application.
