Jerk Baby Back Ribs

How to make jerk baby back ribs. In this episode we take on some baby backs but we jerk em Chicago Ja Grill style. This is one of my favorite appetizer offerings at the famed restaurant. This was one of my easiest and favorite cooks of baby back ribs so far. I didn't wrap, I just cooked them traditional barbecue style over an open fire with some spritzing towards the 150 degree mark.
