If I used the spunding valve and fermed under pressure, would i need to connect up a co2 tank afterwards or can i hust connect to a tap and pour away once the fermentation is done? Thanks

You still need to keep a regulator attached at serving pressure. Depending on the length of your line, you might get the first few pints out with the existing pressure, but your beer will go flat and eventually you will not have enough pressure to serve.

Quick Question, Maybe for Jonathan: Why not keep the tube buried in the trub as is and just use pressure to drive all of it out the liquid tube until the beer runs clear? Thanks!

You can try it, but depending on how thick your trub is, you might end up clogging your disconnect. The orifice is pretty small there, and that spring loves to collect any bits that are in the flow.

@@jkmarut ^^ this, especially if you have a lot of hop particles in there.
