    I had my second child a year ago. I am my hardest critic. Thank you so much for your words. I know I have to stop and change those negative thoughts into positive ones, but coming from someone other than myself makes me realize I have to love myself no Matter how I look now. Thank you for inspiring us moms to love ourselves. I love watching your videos.

    I had a C-Section & it has been 10months I am still in my same weight..I feel so fat & ugly now..My clothes dont fit me & I have extra fats everywhere 😞 but I m so motivated by watching ur videos.
    I have enrolled in a Yoga class which I will start soon..Thank you so muchhh..

      I think it's so important to focus more on the feeling rather the results...otherwise we lose steam if we don't see results in 12 hours lol :D...the results will come..feeling first ;)

    Thank you so much for this video! I actually got emotional because I just had my second baby and have not “bounced” back like the first. I’m so hard on myself and don’t take care of myself at all. I guess I just don’t know how to balance it all. I’m definitely going to do these ideas and try to love myself ❤️

      I know it can be really tough...really try and be gentle with yourself...take little steps each day to pay attention to yourself and your needs and you will start to feel better and better...I’ve been there too and it got better when I realized that I needed to “fill my cup” too not only every one else’s ..and because of it ...everyone is happy..myself included xox

      @@BodiesAfterBabies I'm doing really well, thank you for asking!! 😊My baby just turned 1 this week and I've finally graduated from diastasis recti moves to regular ab workouts! I also left a stressful job to stay home with my boys and my mental health has benefitted greatly - I'm enjoying this time with them while they're still small! Hope you are well!

      Wow 1 already!!! That’s so great you closed your DR..woohoo!! You must be so glad to be able to be home now. Without our mental health what do we have right?. When I made the switch from the “corporate world”, I never realized just how stressed out I was until I left it. Onward and upward! ♥️
