I am broken inside too. So many regrets and shame and now Im in a tough situation I put myself in and Im a single father... But I lean on the fact that God says that the sacrifices of God are a broken and contrite heart, oh God, you will not despise. He is close to us. I believe we can only find our healing when admitting we are broken inside and coming to Him for help. We CAN'T heal ourselves. We need Him.

Now I hide behind a fake smile by day, and cry myself to pieces by night. All I have to hold onto is that dream of "It gets better" I'm hopeless, but hoping.. Funny thing is I did not realize just how depressed I was until I realized I was missing something in my life and started searching. I knew I was not happy so I went to doctors and when I did, I realized I was searching for God! When I stopped seeking and just stayed still, GOD found me and then my true healing began. All praise and glory goes to GOD and his son JESUS who did live, suffered and died for all!

Never really had anything that made me truly happy, I found a LOT of love in this little kitten who was abandoned. I turned him into an outdoor cat and he took care of things out there, just recently he has been missing for 7 days which is out of the ordinary. He was trained like a dog so he comes to my whistle every time yet I haven't seen him to this day. Cant help but think the worst. He is close to a year old this day, and was the only animal that ever made me really laugh. It destroys my consciousness but I know I have to go on.

Everytime I felt he wasn't around, I realized later that I was so weak that he was carrying me. You ask where is he, he asks where are you? Give him your sins, your depression, rely on him, cry out to him. It's ok to cry to him, he wants your burdens, just don't pick them back up when you drop them.

But when I sincerely ask for forgiveness and repent, Jesus will forgive me. He loves us while we are still sinners.

I've been cutting as well and also starved myself for a period. I'm over the starving even though it's still in my head but sometimes I struggle with cutting. Hiding behing a fake smile and meaningless words everyday is how I get through school.. I have always hung on even when I was suicidal with the thought : "Tomorrow will be better" And it gets better.. then worse again.. but I'll hang in there
