I would play the Succession theme on a continuous loop if I lived there. Love that show.
I luv the theme more than the show. 😎 The composition gives me body chills every time I hear it.
Powerful, like the Roy family.
This guy needs to do more videos and tours, he’s great
😬
@@anthonymerrill6574 he's delightful
I'm excited and delighted you like him.
@@kevinboone2178 what?!
For sure
What a beautiful building. The terrace is stunning with all the historic architectural features. Much better than the ultra-modern, plain glass towers with similar asking prices.
Stunning…loved it as a background in Succession.
And a lot of those buildings don’t have private outdoor space. This place is gorgeous.
It's fabulous, wish I could buy it. It's famous, historical, sophisticated and elegant. The guy was amazing, great style of presenting.
Why not pretend you can buy it until you really can? I suggest doing so because we all should be able to dream and wish-upon-a-star (so to say). One day you might have a mattress full of cash. Zeus willing.
As someone who's never had the slightest inclination to live in New York or in a penthouse, you damn near sold *me* on this place. Absolutely top-notch presentation. Really well done. And I must admit, as far as luxury apartments/penthouses go, this one is the nicest I've seen. Most indulge opulence to such an extent as it makes it tasteless. This one is elegant, and the touches of history really do make all the difference.
Please keep using this guy, he's the best presenter this channel has seen.
He stole my heart at “where Succession taped season three.” No wonder he’s selling $23.355M homes. He’s so soothing! Anyone would buy from him!
This gentleman has such a great energy to him. Makes you stay engaged in the video. & I love the way he presents this home.
As other commentators wrote, the presentation is spectacular. The broker does his job very well. I wonder who could buy it from him after watching this video? Additionally, I would love to see the estate in Santa Fe, NM, from "Succession."
I can buy it :) I don’t know if I want it though :/
what a great host. i could listen to this man for hours
It's amazing, but wow are these NY prices having me in shock recently lol
$23 million and you have to share the pool.
Were you planning to buy an east-side Manhattan penthouse? While looking for a decent two-bedroom rental there I discovered the annual cost was the equivalent of buying 2 Maybachs. I fainted and couldn't get up.
@@kevinboone2178 thaaats the thing. $20 mil upfront is just the beginning
I like his energy. He should do more tours.
The real estate agent is straight out of Mad Men
Seemed more Coen Bros to me, lol.
This gentleman is truly larger than life, what a delight
All apartments are gone except the 80M penthouse. This agent is genuinely interested in the property and his enthusiasm shows. He is a class act.
$23 million to share a pool, wine cellar and gym with 30+ other people lol. Insanity.
Go check out the other newer towers around the city. The hundreds of owners share all the same amenities, and the condos and/or "Penthouses" are mostly all over $60,000,000. A lot of them are over $100,000,000. NYC is insane.
Well/many "insane" people live in those places. And numerous psychiatrists and clinical psychologists live off THOSE PEOPLE.
@@chippychin I was going to say 2700 feet for 23M sounds like a reasonable for NYC
@@kevinboone2178 ahaha why you say insane ?
Well it’s rich people sweat so I think it legally counts as cognac.
Finally back with On The Market. Best content you produce
I just love his narration. It's very entertaining 😁
All this money and you still gotta share a pool 😩
Take a shot every time he says "Beautiful"
Hips
This is fantastic! I love that bathroom! The terrace is an experience all its own! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Tell you what, I'd be so excited to take a dump there that I'd probably forget to wipe
How did Kendall land this spot?? It was fashion week, all the good penthouses were taken.
That was another penthouse. Good joke though
this wasn't ken's house tho. it's rava's (his ex wife).
Very elegant and smart design from early to mid ages of endustrialism. And thats a great representation. This man knows his job and probably loves his job. And I loved this video.
I love the whole place, it's beautiful.
Thank you for this tour It is absolutely brilliantly beautiful 😁🙏👏❤️
I love the apartment, and I love this broker's presentation. That man knows how to make you give him all your attention. As I can't buy the apartment, can we just have more of this broker??
Magnificent home! Great presentation!
I just started watching Succesion this is perfect timing
This is a stunning penthouse. I love how open and airy it is 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Clicked for the title, remained for the presenter/host wow job well done!
2:17 "It's an absolutely spectacular space to entertain, hold a private meeting... or plot."
Haha I like this guy 😂
Love the presentation!
Honestly the interior is really cookie cutter, i wouldn’t call it sexy.
Agreed.
Hello, Helo. The interior is "sexy" and I understand why they didn't feature stuff from IKEA or Value Village but, IMHO, their furniture probably would work better with a talented interior decorator such as yourself. Of course, like you, I might be sadly mistaken, if not ignorant.
Its tacky
They quite intentionally picked it for the show because it's expensive yet devoid of real character. But that doesn't make a great real estate ad, does it?
it's just staging for show, no?
Incroyable!!! Tout simplement magnifique
EXTRAORDINARILY IMPRESSIVE!
Beautiful! Especially that master bedroom.
I can't get over the fact they have to share a hallway with another unit
I watch Succession. I was surprised at the price. I thought it would be more. I do find the kitchen a little boring for that kind of money there is no wow factor that I see.
Looks like this apartment just made it onto this week’s episode of “And Just Like That…” clearly HBO loves this apartment
All bangers, all the time
Stunning.
I like this guys energy
Is no one gonna talk about how much he sounds like John Mulaney???
Why is this called a _penthouse_ when there's so many floors above it?
It’s penthouse-ish
Rooftop access.
Marketing. Fudging the truth a bit. Like realtors who call something a "den", when it's the size of a closet (common ploy where I live).
The estate agent should start an acting career.
I thought he was an actor, my good human.
Looks like Tom’s older brother
Absolutely fab! The butterfly wallpaper in the laundry room at about 1 min 33 seconds is a great way to upgrade a utility space. Can anyone share what luxury brand wallpaper this is?? Thx in advance!
Excellent
Beautiful video. Where is y checkbook? LOLOLOL. An amazing historical story about the building and details of the interior design. WOW.
Absolutely 💯 beautiful and light filled apartment with an amazing double story terrace. 😍
He is great indeed.
Ooh I want that penthouse. I beleive one day, i will have one of those in new york city. that's like one of my major goals and dreams.❤️❤️
I wouldn’t have been surprised to see another digit on the price for the space and location
take a shot every time he says 'succession'.
🥂🥂🥂🥂🥂🥂🤣
I love the screws on the W sign XD
Looking very nice.
This guy's so amazing
beautiful apartment, beautiful building, but it needs more antiques and art, old rugs etc to really bring it all together
I love this guy
Everything looks new. There’s nothing that looks old or aged. Even if it’s supposed to be staged for prospective buyers, there should be some soul or character coming through.
I agree..I was thinking the same thing. It's pretty but cold. No personality/character or warmth
The full-floor unit one level above is a much nicer apartment IMO. It’s worth looking it up.
One knows well THOSE PEOPLE aren't going to let just anyone look it up; only upper-castes are allowed.
I think I can buy this one. Pretty cool.
Alright already, I’ll take it!
"200 of your closest friends". that's like literally everyone I know, including coworkers.
He’s really selling the heck out of it but 99.9% of us watching can’t afford it.
love it
it's crazy that Kendall let his wife live in that house
He's worth 2 bil, this is peanuts to him
ex-wife
... And his children?
@@raeannelee4079 lol, right? They have kids, of course he wants to put them up in a nice place
It's probably worth our while to remember SUCCESSION is fantasy, so we shouldn't waste time wondering why stuff happens in that realm, especially now because of COVID.
Please do this with The Morninng Ahow Alex Levy’s apartment next!
Am I the only one who doesn't find this homey at all? It's all just for the status and image. While it's true there's plenty of space, it still feels constricted to me. What can I say, the delusions of the upper class will never cease to fascinate me.
No.
One of the few times in watching these videos where I thought the price was lower than what I’d guess.
ohhhh Rava's place!!!
The corona in the fridge completely ruined my immersion
why
Imagine this guy having an intimate moment at home
Wife: ''You're doing the voice again''
Beautiful but cold. That Baccarat chandelier cost more than most of our houses 😬 Even if I had the $ I wouldn't own this. I personally prefer something with character & warmth. But..it is very elegant & nice
First thing I'll say is great presentation! 👍🏿 Second thing I'll say is at least it's technically move-in ready. But ultimately, so are all the other surrounding hotels while trying to find the perfect pied-a-terre or entertaining space. I remember growing up and having my father take us to Woolworth all the time. 😊 I never knew about the actual tower itself until much later in life. The matching of the upgrades to the original detailing is quite impressive but if it's that building then I'd like to know more about the actual penthouse. "The Pinnacle" penthouse from floors 50-58 from my understanding. If it's still in shell condition and can approve some decent specs I'd go for that and that alone. 😃
Is it staged for sale or is the asking price WITH furnishings? He said that little space at top of spiral stairs was “staged” as a zen mediation space.
This place really said, “Dakota, I see your bamboo bowl of limes and I raise you… this silver dish of pomegranates.”
My new home looks great
i love him
They should do one on Axe’s apartment from Billions
Once I receive my lotto sum check, I'm buying this apartment for me and my Jackrussel. 🐶🤗😊👏
A beautiful apartment, I was surprised at the price, for that quality + New York views I'd have expected more
However, what an oleaginous individual...all estate agents are, but he has more than his fair share. I found myself listening more to him than watching the video. I think I'll re-watch with the sound off
pretentious, as well -- wow!
"oleaginous"...okay, Uncle Ewan 😂
11:50 the CopenHill building in Copenhague have widows on the terrace…
i feel the owners would just have this as there city home. and have nicer home in the hamptons.
the agent is so cute
Wow
he said a "BB grand piano" lol.
Was advertising the fridge temperature necessary?
Was this apartment used in a TV show?! I don’t think he mentioned it enough.
Also, the fact he said he lies about rooms looking great- not the best thing to say out loud.
Should have used the succession ops
He is so chic
İt's an amazing
Wish you all the best
Stan is such a sweetheart, great presentation! Would love to see more tours with him :)
You might not have a hundred million dollars to invest, but that doesn’t mean your money can’t share in the same opportunities available to others. You work hard for your money; make sure your money works hard for you.

Dinner for about idk 200 of you !!closest friends!!

Period Period Period 💯
yes, yes I call you back
Didn’t know Tiffany made terra cotta tiles
Fancy
And they say money doesn't buy happiness! 🤔🤫..
Oh gurl!
How did they get that Piano in there. Just a thought
Almost 24 million to share a pool? Come on 😅
It is a puzzlement, but those who live there don't ask those questions, as prices aren't relevant to masters of the universe.
