good video and safe. just be careful of melting plastic with hair dryer. use lowest heat and highest fan settings.
Thanks for the tip, right you are. Thanks for watching. Please like and subscribe. Be safe my friend.
Exactly what I was thinking. The concentrated heat in one spot too long can warp plastic. But overall great how to vid!! 👍🏾
Thanks for your practical and professional help! Doing mine now.
@LS fm9cx my pleasure, glad it helped. Thanks for watching. Please like, share, and subscribe if you haven't already. Be safe my friend!
My apologies. I accidentally deleted someone's comment regading part of the video @1:04, which goes like "it has nothing to do with removing moisture." That part was meant for the CR-V users. It's pretty obvious not everyone drives a CR-V so I'm sure you'll get the picture. It was there just to give an idea. Anyways, thanks for watching. Please support the channel, like and subscribe. Cheers!
Very helpful. Thanks.
Thanks for watching @France ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Nice work!
@Libtard Utopia. Thanks for the visit, hope this helps...pls. like and subscribe. Be safe my friend.
30 k miles and both my 4runner tail lights are doing this. Of course they didn't show at the dealership so they didn't want to replace. I will be ordering some aftermarket ones but I will try this on the old ones since I plan to put those back on if I trade it in later.
Hi @The Top Hat Gentleman, it's worth a try. Mine has been exactly a year (and several tropical storms) since the repair and still dry as a desert. Thanks for watching. I hope you like and subscribe to my channel-goodluck on you. Stay safe my friend!
Thnks
Great video
@law0472. Glad you enjoyed it,thanks for the visit. Be safe my friend.
Does it have to have to heat resistant lub?
quick question, how would you clean one if once you pour out the liquid it, rusted liquid?
@Mexican_Onion: You can insert a clean rug and just shake it until its cleaned. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching. Please like, share, and subscribe if you haven't yet. Cheers!!!
Hi what sealan did you use?
Hi @GGWP PO, please see link at the description, thanks for watching. Please like and subscribe. Be safe!
The condensation is probably entering the lamp unit via small cracks where the different coloured plastics are factory joined. Good luck with sealing that.
@harwoods11, correct. It's been 1 year and 9 months since the repair, and still, not even a single drop on sight. Thanks for watching, please like and subscribe, cheers!
Can you just drill holes on the bottom and let the water drain out and the moisture evaporate?
Hi @Julio Barrios.Yes, it's possible. But over time, it might end up having the same issue again, especially with humid climates. Thanks for watching. Please like and subscribe. Cheers!

Sealing the light is the most stupidest things I've seen in a while.
The idea is to actually leave ventilation for it from the back so when it gets hot inside and outside temp is colder it condensates and to allow the condensation to escape u need ventilation.
That's weird, LOL!!! There's always a logical reason why all headlights are tightly sealed. Drilling a hole may help but it won't solve the issue. It may dry up for a while but wait until it rains or have your car washed. Condensation will return and you will have to wait for it to dry again. Anyway, thanks for bringing up your "clever" idea. Cheers!
