Agreed. Nice comparison vid. Erwin's experience obviously effects his PL, so as he develops through age and rank it increases, but being an Ackerman Levi has a default natural advantage that must be taken in to consideration. I don't mean to diminish his hard childhood which made him stronger too, but an Ackerman always has so much potential/ceiling. Erwin's intelligence was immense tbf. If he has Ackerman power-boost/awakening who knows.

But that only shows their power in a fight with Titans, but not in a fight with one another.
In the OVA they actually showed us that Erwin overpowered Levi in combat. (Levi was serious and tried to win)

He will only able to match levi,s power if he uses Colossal Titan . But in all fights we have seen in season 4 also in manga he only fight,s in human form ( execpt in chapter 137 and in ep 7 of season 4 ) he chooses to fight in human form everytime . So he will choose to fight in human form and then levi will won . But we have to include Colossal titan it is a power of armin .
