Ahahah, yesterday I've done a bow and arrow in spin ad I almost flew out of the room!
Thank you! Lol I'm glad it was just "almost". I've never done bow and arrow on spinning but it's one of those moves that are close to the pole and you shouldn't take much additional momentum. It helps me to reach out in the previous moves (like pole sit) to slow it down and to go quickly through the moves that spin too fast (like layback). Sometimes I realize that it's just too fast and it's barely impossible to slow it down, so I come down and start over with less momentum.

What an inspiring video ! Your mastery of your body makes me want to work hard to reach such heights... You are flawless and this choreography is amazing. Would you perhaps make a video or a series of videos to get us to learn it step by step with you ?
I am personally going to save the video on my phone and try to learn it bit by bit, and even if it takes a year or years I’m challenging myself to make it a quarter as beautiful as you. But as a beginner in pole and by far not the most easeful dancer, I feel like a little guidance on how to execute the moves and perhaps tips on how to remember a sequence would be welcome !

Hi Manon! You're so sweet! Thank you for the compliments. By the way, a few transitions from the beginning sequence are broken down in my latest tutorial - #4 from the flow series.
I got so many compliments about this choreography and questions whether I have a video on how to learn it, that I'm slowly starting to think of ways to make it available. My dilemma is that choreography videos are the most time consuming and complicated. At the moment, it takes me almost two weeks to create a break down video of a 30sec choreo. I guess I need to figure out a different workflow.

Complete beginner currently recovering from an overuse injury from pole. This right here is my goal. Thank you for inspiring me. I literally have zero experience with dance or fitness. Ohh Have a speedy recovery! 🍀 Glad to be of inspiration and motivation for when you get back to the pole. Just take it slowly at the beginning and listen to your body. These types of injuries are sneaky

How long have you been doing pole? You’re such a big inspiration to me it’s only been 3 months for me so far and I’m happy this is one intermediate routine where I can do all of these tricks ugh can’t wait to try this tomorrow

Hi Serçin, you're welcome! The pole from this video is a Lupit Pole. I have an xPole at home, which is also a good brand. My personal favourite is Lupit though.
