Forgive me but Inwas out of loop for a while about this series. Before the top executives of the Loki Familia leveled up I knew that aside from Ottar there was only one other known Level 7 currently living. So it was Leon then I take it
lvl 7???? pretty sure lvl 5 is max in the danmachi world, heck just getting lvl 4 means you're a badass. as vary few ever get lvl 4, and lvl5 is like a forgotten legendary level. One that only Bell will ever get due to his enchanced level'n/stat/xp gains.
5 is like the gateway into the upper level adventurers. There is a fair amount of 5 and 6 lvl warriors with 5 or so Ivl 7. Ottar is probably close to lvl 8 if he isn't already. Bells stats alone put him closer to a lvl 6 than a new lvl 5.

There was a lvl 9 in Zeus family
Ais is level 6, and has been since very early in the series. The Loki Familia has several other level 6s too.
