I had been researching plant based, Mediterranean, veganism and now they’re saying carnivore is best because of oxalates in plants are bad for you. What are we supposed to believe, cause every one of these diets have people claiming they have had great results from them all. Please help me!
@@Kidges I have CKD and plant based kidney health is the best for me. My laboratory results are proofs it’s the best diet for me. Calcium binds with oxalates in the stomach and intestines so oxalates are not absorbed into the bloodstream therefore, do not reach the kidneys.
Don’t believe anybody that gives absolutes, about how you should eat. everybody’s body is different and different foods affect them differently. The True North fasting center is absolute vegetarian, and they preach against everything else. Tanglewood Wellness fasting says we should all be Fruictarians. The latest big thing is carnivore, and hundreds of people are posting testimonials that they have lost huge amounts of weight and cured metabolic issues, auto immune issues, and cancer with it. Pick one and see how it works for you. If it’s not great, try another. We got into this health crisis by believing our so called experts. The internet gives us the ability to find out different ways that work for different people.
