  • Installed the a 24ah Antigravity lightweight battery on my track E92 M3. This saves around 49lbs which is tremendous! It also has 1000CCA compared the stock 900CCA.

You should choose the lowest AGM setting for a lithium battery...in that case, 70ah AGM as the charging profile of the AGM is closely matched to the Lithium battery...the 46ah profile you chose is for a regular lead acid battery which is a bit aggressive in charging for a Lithium or AGM battery. Be sure to change that right away...and then, register the battery not just code it. Cheers.

Good call and and thanks for looking out! I will pin your comment so others watching will know.
For anyone using bimmercode/bimmerlink the proper steps are:
      1. Use bimmercode to change the battery type. Choose the Ah AGM setting closest to your lithum battery Ah and code it. Don't select non-AGM since this is for lead acid batteries.
      2. Switch over to bimmerlink and register the battery.

When you get a li-ion battery that small make sure its always charged. E92s love throwing errors when the battery is on the low side.
Also might need to remove the IBS cable. Some E92's have issues with it and some don't.

One thing to note, now you've taken a lot of fixed weight out the rear of the car, your best laptimes might be achieved with a full tank of gas. I went the anti-gravity battery and MPE V2 route also.
