The Lodge Card Club is a members-only social club in Round Rock, Texas (just north of Austin). With 24/7 cash games and 2+ tournaments per day, The Lodge is THE place to play poker in central Texas. The Lodge Live is streamed every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday at 3PM CT.
You never know what you might see on The Lodge Live stream. You might see Pocket Aces vs Pocket Kings. You may see the nut straight lose to a full house after the board pairs on the river. There's a good chance you will see loads of straddles (and double straddles, and triple straddles). Players go all-in blind or play poker hands after looking at just one card. That's just what poker is like in Texas!
The stream regularly features Lodge owners Brad Owen, Andrew Neeme, and Doug Polk. Players like Rampage, Mariano, and Igor Kurganov has also graced The Lodge Live felt. And who knows? One day The Lodge may even host players like Daniel Negreanu, Phil Hellmuth, Phil Ivey, or similarly huge poker names. - Развлечения
It is not a "BAD BEAT" if you get 99% of the money in when you are already behind.
You have AA, villain has JJ, flop comes A6J, turn is a J. You bet, he raises, you jam, he calls. You got 99% in when you have AAAJJ and you lose to the quad Js. Thats not considered a bad beat?
Please dont click bait us with titles like this...
Flopped set vs. turned straight? Seems like a bad beat to me
@@NHHUNTNHYes but not bad beat of the year
Agree it's a bad beat ,but not a bad beat of year. Don't do click bait titles not a good look
When you raise with the worst of it then call off on the river when the board is even worse for you, it isn't a bad beat it's a read gone wrong. Happens.
@@NHHUNTNH they got the money in on the river when there was a 4 card straight and a fush possible....
got to give alex credit on that lay down, so many players talk themselves into calling hands they have no business calling like taras in the first hand, he was champ after the flop but allowed bulldog to turn him into the chump by letting him see the turn and river...but it did give us lots of time to see Liz so thanks taras....
Taras was never ahead in the hand from the turn going forward. He should have let it go on the river
taras was enough ahead after the flop that if he would have made it to expensive for bulldog to see another card he could have taken the hand right then but he did the stupid thing i've seen others do and try to set a trap with queens, pocket queens are not trapping cards especially against someone like bulldog who has shown he'll call with any 2 cards pre-flop if the price is right........
@@abruptlyblunt Taras hit a set and saw a bunch of low cards. He was looking golden at the time. It wasn't until the river that he was absolutely fcked, and it really should have been easy to let it go at that point
Alex trying to look at bulldogs cards lmfao
That’s not a bad beat. To be a bad beat one has to be ahead when the money gets in and then loses. Tough pot though, and I would say not an extremely tough river fold to be honest.
No one is noticing the video length. 13:37 😅
What year?
This was about 1 month ago
He got bailed out by the just call on the turn with the nuts, slow playing for what reason idk, and than again with the easiest card on the river to find the fold with the Ah, and he still tilt calls. Not only do all hearts get there on the turn, but a lot of his bluffs have the Ah in them, so this narrows his range to pretty much just value shoves on the river. He beats lower sets sure, but I doubt he flats 75k turn with the sets, its a made straight or flush by the river.
anyone know how much Alex has funded the lodge?
Click bait. Set loosing to a str8 is not a bad beat.
Thumbs up just because we got a brown balla laugh , music to my ears 🧜♀️
They must pass out edibles when you walk in the door. They are laughing about nonsense.
"Taras only 91[k] behind"
Gee I can't wait until I have "only" 91k in my stack
Hands like this happen to me daily
Just another Saturday night hand for me 🤦♂️ 😂 🤦♂️
Dealer knows it? 1:00
did bulldog shout out AQ of clubs whilst Alex was still playing? Not really cool. Alex could have been thinking to shove or Doug could have reacted to it and given something away.
Not really a bad beat. More like a bad call…He only beats bluffs on the river.
and who's gonna bluff Taras
How did that guy go from winning $400k to being all in for $31k lol
Pretty sure the clips are out of order and the second one is from earlier in the day
The all in is hand 173 and the $400K is hand 196. Butterfly effect from hand 173.
donk AI donk call on the river. what a dream table!
Bulldog went from $363k at 5:30 to $31k?
Ouch....Taras has been playing better, and to his credit there WAS the nit game
i actually think bulldogs call on the turn is HORRENDOUS
💰
What is Taras' background? I feel like I constantly see him donk of massive amounts of chips. How does he afford his poker playing?
Im not positive but I think he is the owner or was one of the owners of the app candy crush
Have wondered the same.
He's actually up about $250k overall at the lodge after a total of 117 hours played. You can check on highroll poker.
Alex couldn't read a book
Austin wyd here
poc 9 vs 10-J, flop 8-J-7. How can poc 9 still have 15% win chance?
D U M B
More like worst call of the year
lol 3 of hearts on the river like common
Taras is simply not a great player. He must have quite a bit of disposable income. On the river this was an EASY laydown, but he still couldn't do it
Thats an easy fold on that river
You calling that a bad beat? Wtf
I like the show but as someone who can't watch the entire stream and who relies on the highlights, I wish you wouldn't so blatantly give away what happens in the hand with the titles! 😅
Click bait Polk strikes again
Click bait title. Much like the idea these players are playing thess stakes with only their money, the title is a lie... but it's poker.
I wish that non-playing guys would shut up
Terrible call, he's only bluff catching at that point.
The non stop horrible laughing from Brown Balla and Airball make this unwatchable
Yeah Taras should have capitalized on Bulldog's bad play and saved himself 91K. Once the A dropped all Taras had was a bluff catcher.
first
bad beat
Not bad beat of the year. Do better please.
yall really gotta work on your titles.
The conversation mid pot is annoying af
Such bad etiquette from everyone at these tables in the big games. Just talking over huge pots. Poker after dark was great because the pros actually showed respect.
Table talk in a 340k pot is wild. Stfu and let them think. It’s just common courtesy
So Bulldog lost $300k after winning big pot?
Last one i ever watch. The lies for clicks is just too low.
