That's what being a chef is all about. Good simple food. And big portions. Being a chef means feeding people and making them happy. I don't understand what Michelin stands for. Serving piece size snacks and claim it is food.

전부 맛있어 보입니다! 다른 가게들도 그렇지만 음식점을 운영하는 일은 정말 많은 시간과 노력이 필요한 것 같아요 영상에는 나오지 않은 면 반죽이라던지 국물이라던지 각종 고명 재료들도 다 만들어야 하고… 그리고 주인어르신이 정말 멀티플레이어시네요! 저 바쁜 시간에 거의 혼자서 다 하시는데 웬만한 능력자 아니고서는 힘들 것 같아요 이렇게 잘 되는 가게에는 후계자가 꼭 필요할텐데 일본에는 자녀분들이 많이 이어받는 걸로 알고 있습니다 부디 오래 오래 명맥이 이어지길 바랍니다!

Excellent food and the prices are very low for Japanese cuisine. Normal prices in a not very expensive restaurant are triple or more.

早朝3時から入れるのかと思いきゃ仕込みの開始時間ね。
どこかと思えば吉野家だしw 開店は11時かな。
主に冷やしの時期でしょうが調理や店内の様子がよく分かり良かったです。
名古屋大食いの聖地で知ってて近くだけど逆に行きにくいのか思ってました 製麺からなんでメチャ麺がおいしそうだし席もおひとり様仕様なんで平日に行かねばです( *´艸`)
