I’ve been watching you guys for a few years now. Been renting in Oahu for 10yrs now 😓, prices are not changing, but I hope
To get to where we can buy what we need and can afford soon. Aloha is the biggest part of the reason I love this place, and is the reason I will stay and never leave. Aloha is not a “local thing” it is something that you either have and share and grow, or don’t. l was not born here but this feels like home, and it is. I was born another island myself, on the other side of the world. Thanks guys, great info as always. Puna is still the last wild west (or East if you're in Hawaii). Kilauea has been erupting and there are over 300 earthquakes today alone. The question is, how much risk are you willing to take? :D
